After working for more than 18 years in advertising, and dabbling with property since 2005, I became a full-time UK property investor in 2012.

I invest in Single Lets, Houses of Multiple Occupation (HMOs) and Rent2Rent properties.

I'm passionate about helping others achieve financial freedom through property so I write, speak, train and mentor people too.

I've had the privilege of mentoring hundreds of students and it's great to see the success that they've achieved.

Since 2012 I've become an accidental entrepreneur (!) and run a number of businesses. These include Progressive Property Network (PPN)- the fastest growing property networking event business in the UK, and The HMO Company - a specialist HMO / Rent2Rent training business.

I'm also the author of 'The Property Ironman'.

Oh, and I'm a husband, a father, and am slightly obsessed with triathlons!
