Jan Goldner

Jan Goldner possesses more than three decades of experience in education. After launching her career teaching elementary students in the third and fourth grades at Broward County Schools in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, she spent the next several years as a behavioral specialist for the county's middle schools. In 1995, Jan Goldner accepted the position of assistant principal and soon completed certification as a school principal for grades K through 12. After this experience, she returned to the field of exceptional student education. For the next decade, she dedicated herself to assisting students with disabilities to achieve academic success.

Now Jan Goldner serves as the CEO of an endeavor she terms My Own Life. In this role, she undertakes a diverse range of philanthropic projects and seeks opportunities to perform random acts of kindness. Ms. Goldner particularly focuses on donating anonymously to important charitable causes. She also acts as a leader in community donations; for example, in one successful project she got local businesses to provide underprivileged children with more than 200 backpacks full of school supplies.
