Janie Konidaris

With experience in corporate law, Janie Konidaris guides the Janie & Jason Konidaris Family Foundation. She founded the foundation with her husband Jason in 2007 and has since directed financial support to nonprofits benefiting children, people with health care issues, and special needs populations. Among the organizations that have received grants from Janie Konidaris is AmeriCares, a charity that distributes drugs to impoverished families throughout the state and across the globe. Her AmeriCares involvement extends beyond charitable undertakings and includes organizing numerous group visits to the Stamford office and warehouse, and has organized awareness gatherings out of state.

Janie Konidaris completed her J.D. at Southern Methodist University and practiced with the law firm of Jackson Walker, LLP, in Dallas in the 1990s. Her responsibilities included oversight of the drafting of a variety of corporate agreements and preparation of filings to comply with securities laws. From 2000 to 2002, she practiced with Wiggin & Dana’s Stamford office, with a primary focus on biopharmaceutical sector transactions and filings. Janie Konidaris enjoys playing tennis in her free time and is a frequent visitor to the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo.
