As a leader and innovator in the world of sales force automation I have 10+ years experience in the Cloud working for salesforce.com. In my role as Senior Director, Communities, I drive transformational programs, tools and events across 1,500 employees divided between six internal communities. I manage a team of role based and product specialists to increase productivity across Sales, Pre Sales, Post Sales and Sales Development. Additionally I work to train, motivate and align employees to deliver a message on how businesses are socially connected. Having performed 200 implementations I bring extensive product knowledge and best practices to both new and existing customers. My experience spans product marketing, sales enablement, post sale implementation and mobile strategy. Previously I was responsible for global onboading for more than 250 sales engineers since 2009 and managed RFP process to increase customer face-time within the Sales Engineer community.
