Jared Chance Ragains

For more than a decade, Jared Chance Ragains has facilitated business growth for companies in the film exhibition industry and beyond. A graduate of the finance program at Butler University, he began his career in the summer of 2002 as an operations administrator with Regal Entertainment Group. A proactive employee, Jared Chance Ragains facilitated audits, inspections, and theft investigations. Also effective at identifying suboptimal accounting practices in company reports, he accepted his first executive role only months after his college graduation.

In a subsequent role as vice president of development for Aliance Entertainment, Mr. Ragains led compliance and best practices inspections in eight of the company's theaters. He remained responsible for a six-state territory for four years, at which time he accepted promotion to executive vice president of Aliance's Great Escape Theatres. Responsible for 22 locations across 10 states, he once again advanced to a new level of responsibility in the winter of 2008, when he became Great Escape Theatres' chief operating officer.

By 2012, Jared Chance Ragains had expanded the company to become North America's eighth largest cinema circuit. In November of that year, he leveraged his history and connections with Regal Cinemas to facilitate a profitable sale and then transitioned into his current role as president and CEO of Aliance Management Company. He leads the mid-size investment firm, which serves a diverse client base that includes entertainment, real estate, food service, and technology businesses.
