Jason Ader

Mr. Ader is the founder & Chairman of the Board of the entity that controls Adelie Food Holdings Ltd. Adelie Foods is the UK’s leading “Food to Go” business supplying the UK retail and foodservice sectors with an unrivalled portfolio of consumer insight led chilled food products. The company’s retail
customers market their food products to UK football fans and clubs throughout England. The company generates over $400 million in annual sales and has over 3000 employees.

Mr. Ader is a director and shareholder of the Las Vegas Sands Corp. (Sands), the largest global hospitality company in the world, with over 50,000 employees. He is currently the Chairman of the company’s Governance and Nominating Committee and a member of the firms Audit Committee and Compensation Committee. Last year Sands partnered with MLS team owner and football legend David Beckham to develop dining, retail and leisure concepts at Sands China Ltd. properties in Asia and Marina Bay Sands in Singapore. The company also has produced numerous professional sporting matches in the US and Asia which have included events with the NBA, Cleveland Cavaliers, Orlando Magic, Andre Agassi, Pete Sampras, UFC, & Manny Pacquiao. Additionally the company has hosted and produced events with global entertainers over the years including Cirque Du Soleil, Celine Dion, Lady Gaga, the Rolling Stones, Tim McGraw, Faith Hill, Rihanna, and Justin Beiber. Ader joined Sands as part of the recapitalization and reorganization of the company in April 2009.

Mr. Ader recently became the largest shareholder with rights to appoint a director in the company that controls Bwin, a major sponsor of global football. Bwin has sponsored football giants Real Madrid, AC Milan and Bayern Munich and more recently Olympique de Marseille. In 2012, Bwin entered into a digital partnership with Manchester United F.C. In January 2014, the company announced major sponsorship deals with the New Jersey Devils and Philadelphia 76ers.

Mr. Ader is the founder and CEO of SpringOwl Asset Management LLC, a New York-based SEC-registered investment management firm. Mr. Ader is also the CEO of Ader Investment Management (“AIM”), a single family office also based in New York. AIM was recognized by BusinessWeek magazine as one the most astute investors in the entertainment and leisure sectors.
