Jason Pollock

Jason Pollock is the writer/producer/director of, “The Youngest Candidate”, the 1st feature documentary ever produced by David Letterman’s company, Worldwide Pants, in partnership with Oscar winner Lawrence Bender. It follows the story of 4 teens that ran for public office in America. ‘The Youngest Candidate’ had its world premiere at the Los Angeles Film Festival in June '09. Pollock has built an audience online of 93,000 Twitter followers and was listed as one of the top 140 most influential people on twitter in a report that was picked up by The New York Times, The BBC, & Newsweek. In Aug. '09, Pollock began working with Ashton Kutcher’s company Katalyst Films and since then they've worked together on many projects. Prior to making ‘The Youngest Candidate’, Pollock was Michael Moore’s executive assistant from '03-'06 and assisted Moore during 'Fahrenheit 9/11'. Pollock is now developing Film, TV, & New Media projects in Los Angeles, CA.
