I'm Dr. Jay — a passionate entrepreneur, creative communicator, and lifelong learner driven by purpose and impact. I hold a Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship and Management, a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Entrepreneurship from EDI India, and a background in Electronics & Communication Engineering. I’ve always believed in bridging innovation with action — whether through technology, storytelling, or grassroots empowerment.
💼 Over the years, I’ve built and managed diverse ventures — from a tech-based logistics and supply chain company operating across 24 Indian cities (partnering with Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, etc.) to premium gourmet retail stores, fashion outlets, and real estate projects. I specialize in last-mile delivery, warehouse ops, workforce & fleet management, and creating systems that work in the real world.
🌐 I’m also deeply involved with international communities. As a long-time Global Shapers Community (Initiative of World Economic Forum) and part of thedifferent initiative, I’ve co-led impactful projects, participated in high-level dialogues (like the WEF Annual Meeting of New Champions in Dalian, China), and continue to contribute to global conversations around innovation, youth leadership, and the future of work.
📣 I serve in key leadership roles with IEEE, including on the Public Visibility Committee, the Educational Activities Board, and as Associate Editor for IEEE Potential Magazine, where I shape content, spotlight innovations, and promote engineers and entrepreneurs working for humanity.
🎤 As a TEDx Speaker, I’ve had the privilege of sharing my journey, ideas, and insights with audiences as passionate about innovation, leadership, and change as I am. I live for public speaking, creative problem-solving, and working at the intersection of technology, communication, and strategy. Whether it’s a job, internship, or freelance project — I bring heart, hustle, and results.
