Jennifer has been in the recruiting industry for 18 years. Currently consulting for international clients as a Sr. Technical Recruiter, Project Manager & Sourcer. She has worked as a corporate recruiter, for an RPO and agency. Her expertise lies in Information Technology & Engineering, however she has recruited for departments such as Sales & Marketing, HR, Operations, Quality Assurance, Clinical Operations, Surgeon Education, Office of the Chair, Investor Relations, Accounting & Finance, etc. Jennifer has sourced talent on all levels within an organization spanning from C-level Exec, Sr. Management to Professional level roles. She has enjoyed working with many industries and has a Project Management background as well, having led a large scale, multimillion dollar IT resource project for 2 military branches throughout the US. She is capable of carrying large requisition loads and has been successful managing this over the years. Jennifer holds a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing.
