J.C. Agajanian

Starting with my grandfather, whom I'm named after, our family has an amazing auto racing heritage stretching back to the late 40's and early 50's. The Agajanian family has produced 3 Indy 500 winners, owned race tracks, promoted events, managed drivers carreers, and assembled and owned high profile race teams and cars. Living in San Diego, my business is different. I am primarily a Husband, a Father, a Realtor, a Believer. These are the things that keep me busy. I like gadgets and tech products (especially the fruited variety) I love MMA, and surf as much as I can.

As an independant owner/operator of a Real Estate Brokerage, I sell a ton of homes each year at Surfside Homes. We specialize in Bank Owned sales and REO Listings thanks to the relationships we've developed with some of the nations largest banks over the years.
