Having lead marketing initiatives for a global network of innovation centers and coworking spaces through the COVID crisis, colleges in New York and Rhode Island during disruption in the higher education space, in the B2B legal software space as law firms and corporate legal departments were shifting, and as VP of Marketing in private banking through the economic downturn and during the transition of a corporate acquisition, Janice has developed an agile approach to work and life, being flexible and adaptable to change.

As an entrepreneur, Janice has ventured in a number of business development, sales partnerships, and remote marketing projects. As a speaker, she has addressed audiences of startup founders, students, entrepreneurs and business executives. She has also developed and introduced a set of web-based products and services to help other business owners through Inkwhy (inkwhy.com).

Janice also supports social initiatives, having led a group of nonprofit executive directors, prepared PR strategies and conducted marketing outreach as the former board chair for The Center for Election Science, and board/volunteer service for other organizations. With a combined family of 4 boys, a dog and cat, Janice believes in creating value in the world to sustain future generations.
