"To accomplish great things, we must not only act, but also dream; not only plan, but also believe." --Anatole France

Hello! I am a Cataloging and Metadata Librarian at the Houston Public Library working with print as well as digital materials. My first love was archives, and I am fortunate that my position allows me to combine the best of both these worlds. My favorite thing about being a cataloger is probably applying LOC subject headings (even though their call numbers make absolutely no sense to me). Currently, I am involved in developing a curriculum project that promotes the educational use of the Houston Area Digital Archives.
