Jed Ladin

Previously employed with Golden Opportunities, a precious metals company in Florida, Jed Ladin devotes the majority of his time to his work. When he has time, Jed Ladin enjoys traveling throughout the United States and Mexico. Especially fond of many Mexican regions, he takes pleasure in learning about the unique history and culture of each of these areas.

One of Jed Ladin’s favorite places in Mexico, Acapulco, has become a premier location for deep-sea fishing, largely due to the prevalence of sailfish. In this part of the Pacific, sailfish grow to almost twice the size of sailfish in the Atlantic, and they remain numerous throughout the year. With silver and deep blue scales and stripes of white, the sailfish puts up a magnificent fight when caught, spending as much time in the air as in the water. Anglers also pursue tuna and dorado off the coast of Acapulco. Visitors may rent entire boats or a single line, sharing a boat with up to five other individuals. Those interested in night fishing may go after red snapper and grouper from anchored ships that also have an incredible view of the Acapulco skyline. After a fish is caught, most crews will grill it for the angler right away on the ship, if desired.

Jed Ladin dedicates his resources to several organizations committed to improving the national and global communities. These organizations include Goodwill Industries International, Save the Children, and United Way Worldwide. Goodwill Industries International collects unneeded goods from local communities and employs individuals in need of help as they regain their footing. These employees subsequently use the skills and responsibility learned at Goodwill to pursue careers in other industries. Through Save the Children, Jed Ladin helps in the fight against poverty, hunger, illiteracy, and disease plaguing communities worldwide, with his donations providing for important programming as well as disaster relief. United Way orchestrates cooperative approaches to several problems in the United States and other countries. At present, the organization focuses on improving education, health, and economic independence.
