Dr. Jeff A. Baranack

Veterinarian Jeff Baranack possesses upwards of two decades of professional experience, the majority of it conducted in Tuscarawas County, Ohio. An Associate Vet at Oak Pointe Veterinary Care in Dover, Ohio, since 2007, Dr. Jeff Baranack brings a high degree of professionalism and sentimental care to his work and his clients, both human and nonhuman.

Prior to launching his career, Jeff Baranack studied animal science and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Zoology from Kent State University, graduating magna cum laude. Upon completing his undergraduate education, he enrolled in The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine, an institution ranked fifth among U.S. veterinary graduate schools by the U.S. News and World Report. At the highly rated College of Veterinary Medicine, Dr. Jeff Baranack graduated top in his class in 1989 with his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine.

Dr. Jeff Baranack and his colleague Dr. Dale Covy offer a variety of services to pet owners and their furry constituents at Oak Pointe Veterinary Care, including wellness exams, behavior consultations, pain management, general surgery, and therapeutic care. Dr. Baranack works alongside a staff wholly dedicated to helping and saving dogs, cats, birds, and exotic pets, an attribute visible in the wide range of services they provide. An active member of the Ohio Veterinary Medical Association and the American Veterinary Medical Association, Jeff Baranack benefits professionally from both affiliations by receiving access to quality training and resources.

Like his colleagues, Dr. Jeff Baranack loves his work. Married with three daughters and a son, Dr. Baranack helps care for three cats and two dogs at his home. An avid outdoorsman, Jeff Baranack spends his limited free time enjoying his family and pets’ company, as well as golfing, fishing, and attending sporting events.
