Hi, My name is Jeff Beal. I live a remarkable life.

My real estate career started in 1999 when I obtained my California Real Estate Appraisal License. Today, I'm a Georgia Licensed Realtor with Georgia Land & Commercial Solutions, a division of Virtual Properties Realty.

My specialty is analyzing land deals and investment properties; and representing buyers and sellers in the purchase and sale of these properties. I have a reputation for fair and aggressive representation of my clients.

I am also one of the Founding Partners of Destination Development Partners, an advisory firm operating across the hospitality sector, with a specific interest in destination venues.

DDP provides a full-spectrum of development services to property owners/developers, from site selection consultation and contract negotiations to permitting and construction project management.

On a personal level, I'm an avid automotive enthusiast and enjoy visiting car shows with friends, and spending time with his wife Cindy and son’s Greyson, Eric & Christian. Jeff and his wife are also Co-Founders and hosts to a charity fundraiser event, Taste of Speed Jetport Experience, that has donated over $90,000 to local Atlanta children’s charities since 2014.
