Father Jeffery Fasching

Jeff Fasching, also called Father Fasching, currently serves in the capacity as Celebrant of the Traditional Latin Mass in Missouri. He has held this role since May 2010. Father Fasching enjoys traditional masses and religious history, particularly looking back to historical leaders and learning from them. He is an accomplished scholar and holds a Bachelor's degree, a Master's degree, and an MBA. Jeffery Fasching excels at school and enjoys learning new things as much as possible. Father Jeffery Fasching earned his BA in Philosophy in Minnesota and continued to study Theology for an additional four years in Ohio. He graduated with a Master's in Divinity and was ordained in the spring of 1997. He later returned to school to study for his Master of Business Administration and graduated with a 3.9 GPA. Father Fasching maintained a high GPA while working full-time for the government as a Workforce Development Specialist. In 2007, Father Jeffery Fasching entered the Catholic Diocese of Springfield/Cape Girardeau, a special place for him, partly because his parents are a part of this diocese. Besides church activities, Father Jeffery Fasching enjoys charity work. He began ministering to others as an undergraduate student, educating local children on religious history and ministering to hospital patients. Father Fasching continues to support Catholic charities in his city in several capacities. Jeffery Fasching also likes to bicycle, run, water ski, read books, and stay current with events around the world. He enjoys meditating, and he spent a month at a silent retreat in 1997.
