I've been a designer for more than 15 years designing everything from websites to apps to teams, classes and organizations.

In addition, I wrote the O'Reilly book (2013), Lean UX: Applying lean principles to improve userexperience.

I spend most of my time working with clients to improve the way they build digital products and businesses. Through my workshops, trainings and keynotes teams learn the benefits of evidence-based decision making, organizational agility and great design.
