Jeffrey Sepa

Jeffrey Sepa: Jeff is a two-time winner of Mr. Dance of Connecticut and won second runner-up to Mr. Dance of America in 1987. Professional credits include work in video, television, and stage, but his real passion is sharing his gift in the studio classroom. He has been on the faculty of numerous professional dance studios in New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts and Connecticut, including the School of the Hartford Ballet. He has taught on the college level as a master teacher for the Yale Dancers at Yale University. Students that have passed through his classroom have gone on to professional careers in various aspects of the industry.
Jeff has worked locally in the Farmington school system as an artist in residence for West District School, choreographer for special musical shows for Irving A Robbins Middle School and Farmington High School. He has co-choreographed several musicals for the Farmington Valley Academy Montessori over the years.
In 2010, along with his wife Lindsey Sepa, Jeff founded Synergy Dance Company whose mission is to raise money for worthy causes.
