Jeffrey Feyko

Attorney-at-law Jeffrey Feyko has provided services to the communities of Fairfield County, Ohio, for more than 25 years. With a private practice in Pickerington, Ohio, Jeffrey Feyko focuses on matters of probate, or the legal administration of a deceased person's property. Jeffrey Feyko handles estate planning, guardianships, probate administration, and the writing and execution of wills. In this role, he advises on distribution of a person's property and care of the dependents in the event of a person's death.

His duties also include service as Administrative Hearing Officer for Fairfield County's Child Support Enforcement Agency. Working in this position for the past 15 years, he undertakes the administration of paternity and child support cases.

In addition, Mr. Feyko also serves as Village Solicitor for the Fairfield County communities of Baltimore, Carroll, and Rushville. A Village Solicitor is the chief legal officer of a particular village. This position requires him to provide legal advice to the officials of the municipality. He applies his legal knowledge to protect the interests of the municipality in business dealings and ensure that administrative matters proceed fairly and legally. Jeffrey Feyko also drafts all village legislation and represents the local government in courts of law. He has held this position since 1999.

Mr. Feyko earned a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts from The Ohio State University in Columbus and a Juris Doctor from Capital University School of Law, also in Columbus.
