President of Herren Associates, responsible for leading a team of consultants serving the federal government across a wide range of markets - including national security, energy and environment, health care, and critical information technology infrastructure. He joined Herren in 1998, distinguishing himself as a leader helping clients maximize the value of every taxpayer dollar. He has been recognized by Washington Business Journal as one of the top forty business leaders under forty in the Washington D.C. metropolitan region.

His editorials on the topic of reinventing government have appeared in the pages of Defense News and other major dailies. A strong believer in the power of new solution-based policies, Voth has authored technical and policy articles on energy and national security in several peer-reviewed journals. His extended papers have been published by World Politics Review, Naval Engineers Journal, and The Harvard Kennedy School Review.

An alumnus of Harvard Business School, he was a 2012 Senior Executive Fellow at the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
