My work is to put language, structure and strategy to the life work of an emerging group of thought leaders in the Global South, specifically East Africa.

These social changemakers utilize community organizing and innovative approaches to social cohesion and human connection to redefine how communities can work collaboratively for the sake of livable future and a more hopeful world.

My role is to create environments where that work can be articulated, documented and put into mediums that can support training around collective care and creative thinking about social problems around the world.

I am currently supported through The Learning Consultancy where I architect bridges of communication, culture and connection in collaboration with my partners in East Africa and their teams in Burundi, Rwanda, Tanzania and Kenya.
