HEY! I'm jen mcken-let's be friends!   I'm a Lifestyle Destination Wedding and Portrait Photographer based out of Southwestern, Pennsylvania. (Go Steelers!) I laugh, a lot… and loudly. I also sing loudly...and out of tune.  Consider yourself warned.

I started my "career" working as a photo journalist for a local newspaper in my small home town. Months before getting that job, I had traveled to Costa Rica to document life in a third world country and I brought back what I "THOUGHT" was an A-Mazing portfolio (and some A-Mazing and humbling experiences) . Turns out, my portfolio  wasn't ALL that great, but luckily someone at the newspaper saw some potential and gave me a chance. Now, 10 years later, I own my own successful photography business and travel to places all over the world to shoot weddings, portraits and boudoir sessions for some of THE COOLEST people EVER!! 

My background is in Communications Media with a concentration in Public Relations and Marketing with a minor in making people laugh..mostly "at" me.
