Jennifer Harington Brizzi

Jennifer Brizzi gives cooking demonstrations at fairs, festivals and farmers markets and has taught cooking classes at Warren Cutlery in Rhinebeck in New York's Hudson Valley. She does healthy eating education for Mother Earth's Storehouse in Poughkeepsie and Kingston. Jennifer has been writing newspaper food columns for 17 years, as well as articles for Edible Hudson Valley, Outdoor Home and Organic Hudson Valley magazines. She is currently working on cookbooks about cephalopods, seafood soups and stews, and Ethiopian food, as well as her fourth as-yet-unpublished novel.
