Jennifer Dyck

Winnipeg, Manitoba

A born and raised Prairie girl Jennifer's hometown roots are in Portage la Prairie, MB. After graduating from the University of Manitoba, with her Bachelor of Human Ecology, Jennifer began her career in agriculture as a Professional Home Economist (PHEc).

Jennifer started her canola days at the Manitoba Canola Growers Canola Learning Centre teaching kids, students and educators about canola, canola oil and various aspects of agriculture on behalf of Manitoba Farmers. She then spent 5 years with the Canola Council of Canada in various roles within their Corporate Affairs and Communications departments. After taking some time off with her young family Jennifer took the opportunity to join back with the Manitoba Canola Growers as part of the Education and Promotion Team. A decision well made!

When not at work, Jennifer enjoys time with her husband and their two young boys. They have a seasonal cabin retreat on Lake Manitoba and spend as much time as possible at their home away from home.

Jennifer is an avid baker, passionate about yoga, dabbles in running, loves to travel with her family, pretends to garden and never passes up a good book. Oh and when she makes time she loves to dig out her sewing machine or work on her latest DIY project.
