Jeremiah Yancy

A philanthropist who works with and contributes to organizations around the globe, Jeremiah Yancy serves Abandoned to Love Ministries as a member of its board. Together with his wife, Jeremiah Yancy facilitates Abandoned to Love’s mission of contributing to the well-being and education of children who occupy the organization’s two orphanages in India. At both locations, children socialize with their peers, receive regular meals, and attend school from as early as kindergarten through high school. Jeremiah Yancy’s association with Abandoned to Love, whose two orphanages welcome boys and girls as young as 5 up to 15 years old and provide plenty of space to live and sleep in between their schooling and free-time activities, is an understandable source of pride. In addition to on-site schooling, the orphanages offer a church whose doors are open to all inhabitants. Jeremiah Yancy and his wife supplement their involvement with Abandoned to Love Ministries with charitable work for Andhra Pradesh, a children’s center that spans three regions, each hosting its own village. The owners of the organization purchased the land in hope of creating a vast area where children could receive a well-rounded education while growing up in an environment infused with Christian principles. While the villages accommodate children for school and other studying, a fourth piece of land houses their families, keeping friends and relatives nearby. In addition to his charitable endeavors, Jeremiah Yancy advises startup companies and software developers as an independent business consultant. He enjoys music and spends his leisure time performing in a Christian band for nonprofit entities.
