Dr. Jeremy Joslin is a board certified emergency physician with expertise that spans the realms of entire continuum of medical care from pre-hospital (EMS) care to hospital-based care to post-acute care.

In his role as medical director of an urban, academic emergency department at a tertiary care center, he provides oversight of both medical care and clinical operations with a focus on the patient experience, safety & quality excellence, and throughput efficiencies. Additional roles includes medical director for one of the busiest transfer centers in the State, and medical director for the hospital's Department of Transitional Care where he provides oversight and assistance in dealing with complex patient dispositions.

He is involved in several hospital initiatives and committees including the Inpatient Services and Medical Executive committees, and provides subject matter expertise on interfacility transfer and EMTALA regulations. He is a physician champion and driver for several health informatics initiatives and is deeply involved with leveraging EPIC (EMR/EHR) in the PDSA cycle.

Dr. Joslin additionally serves as medical director to local EMS, fire, and law enforcement agencies; and he has managed medical teams in remote and austere environments including the Amazon jungle, the Gobi & Sahara deserts, the remote Southwest USA, the Caribbean Sea, and Southeast Asia.

As a respected expert, he has provided medical direction and operational oversight for local & national endurance races, mass-gatherings, and other events. He has advised media production companies and disaster relief organizations on matters of risk and safety, and provided them telemedical backup and direction.

He is family man, an avid animal photographer, and martial arts student.
