Jerry Logan

Jerry Logan was born and raised in Santa Cruz,

Has been in sales most all his life, actually started selling and delivering newspapers for Santa Cruz Sentinel at age 10, at age 15 he was selling bikes at Johnny's Sporting Goods in downtown Santa Cruz.
Sales, and finance manager in the automotive business to pay for his collage education .

Attended Pepperdine University and Freeman School of Business for his MBA.

Jerry, authored a workbook used in sales and management training. This same workbook was used in seminars for negotiating techniques. Jerry Logan was the speaker and trainer for the seminars throughout the United States.

In his professional career Jerry Logan was brought in to turnabout underperforming companies. Re-hire and indoctrinate the proper management in customer satisfaction, negotiating and sales skills .

In charge of Real Estate holdings for Gladstone Capital , handled acquisitions of a land , buildings, and offices for Coastal and Driscolls companies. Over the past few years Jerry has committed his experience and expertise to the Santa Cruz Real Estate market.
