Ms. Bender has formerly worked at reputable organizations like Zagat (where she curated content for the Boston, DC, Denver and San Diego markets; and focused her attentions on high-profile special projects for Gilt and AMC), Not For Tourists (as a factcheker / proofreader / writer for the 2013 + 2014 editions for nine US and international markets), and Seamless (somebody has to master the art of menu editing). In the meantime, freelance work takes up her time as she focuses on finding the ideal professional path to take. Any possible leads are highly encouraged.

One day Jess will follow her true calling and become a recipe tester for a respected food publication (a la Cook's Illustrated).
