I have worked hands-on with import operations, supply chain management, and process optimization, building a comprehensive understanding of international logistics.

In recent years, I have also immersed myself in the specialty coffee world, studying market dynamics, brewing methods, flavor science, and consumer trends; a journey that expanded my capacity for innovation in food and beverage.

Currently transitioning into independent consulting, I currently support a Danish egg-processing company operating in Brazil for the past five years by diagnosing best practices and strengthening operational alignment. In parallel, I am leading the development of a new alternative coffee made in the Amazon.
