Jess is the author of San Diego Joe; a Coffee Blog. She has been writing about local coffee in San Diego for over 3 years. A transplant from the Northwest and coffee lover, she decided it was time to get serious about her local relationship with coffee when she bought a home in San Diego. She has found that San Diego indeed has a coffee culture brewing worth writing about. Jess searches out local Roasters and Cafes serving up great coffee in its many incarnations, and has found a way to pair her passion for great coffee with her passion for community building through the newly established San Diego Coffee Network elevating San Diego's coffee culture through social, educational and competitive member-driven events.
