Jeremy Harrington is a recognized design executive and speaker with over 25 years developing and leading design and experience teams. His experience spans many industries including consumer products, media, manufacturing, precision agriculture, finance, and retail.

In addition to his role leading customer and user experience for Principal Financial Group he also serves as the Chief Marketing & Customer Experience Officer for a non-profit focused on digital transformation of philanthropic giving and reimagining donor advised fund technologies.

Jeremy is an investor and partner in several startups and has mentored dozens of companies through innovation accelerator programs nationwide, focused on showing founders how best to leverage user-centered design and design thinking to more quickly get their products to market.
