Jim Manousos

My first venture is focused on trying to alleviate the high unemployment of wounded veterans. Green Warrior Farms is an experimental alternate energy hydroponic farm that is being designed as a prototype to allow wounded veterans and their families to establish their own businesses in their local communities. Powered by solar and geothermal energy the farm will lock down and document different techniques and then work with the Vets and their families to establish these farms in their local communities.

My second project is called www.HealtheSAVE.org which stands for Health Electronic Stopping Abuse Violence and Exploitation. This is a website for both PC and mobile devices which provides a physician with the tools to help screen a patient with domestic violence. This site was one of the 4 winning solutions of the Institute of Medicine’s Global 2012 competition on Stopping Violence @ Home. It was developed by a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, several of who are members of the Academy of Abuse and Violence.

My all comsuming endevor DarkMatter2bd I am working to help get lifesaving drugs to patients faster by working with the National Institutes of Health and Pharmaceutical/Biotech companies to expedite clinical trials.
I am also working to improve medicine by using social connections to disseminate medical knowledge faster and more seamlessly throughout the healthcare provider universe.
