Johannes Kleske, 33, is co-founder of Third Wave, a Berlin-based digital think tank and strategy consultancy. He observes new technological trends and their effect on human behavior to publish insights and inspiration and advice clients on how to understand and leverage these developments. 

He's the co-organizer of the Cognitive Cities Conference, an event around the future of cities and networked urbanity and has written about topics like the quantified self, productivity and information management, digital communication and the future of work. 

Before Third Wave, Kleske co-founded the social media discipline at Razorfish in Germany where he worked with clients like Gruner+Jahr, Maggi, Nintendo, Seat, Melitta, Deutsche Telekom and adidas. 

Kleske holds a diploma in Media System Design. He is a regular speaker at web and marketing conferences and has been featured on the cover of German-business-magazine Brand Eins.
