Francois Jr Lavagesse aka Jae Lejit, MC the founder of 16 Bars Hip Hop was born in Brooklyn, NY USA descending from a Haitian background. At the age twelve he felt chosen to lead hip hop. Jae then moved up to Toronto, Canada where he recorded his first song and gave life to his community foundation |16 Bars| based on the four elements of hip hop.
