Judith Mühlenhoff studied Sociology, Cultural and Communication Studies at the Free University of Berlin, the Humboldt University of Berlin and the University of Glasgow. She holds a PhD in Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship from the University of Potsdam.

Judith Mühlenhoff works as a policy analyst in the Collaborative Governance Lab at the Federal Office for the Safety of Nuclear Waste Management (BASE), Germany. Previously, she worked for the Stifterverband, in large companies such as Deutsche Telekom and Volkswagen, and as a freelancer.

With a background in sociology, she is trained in qualitative methods, systemic approaches and human-centred product and service design.

As a guest lecturer, Judith conducts workshops and teaches systemic design and systems thinking.
