As the Innovation Director of the entrepreneurship club at PONTIFICIA UNIVERSIDAD CATÓLICA DEL ECUADOR (PUCE) I´ve learned the importance of support and motivation for entrepreneurs in order to keep their ideas so that these can become a a well-designed project. I am also proud to mention that I will have a great surprise for the chocolate lovers pretty soon (everyone is invited to be part of this teamwork)

So, how does the innovation department work? The only thing that we need is a business idea. This department will help you with different factors to prove that your idea is accepted by the customer throught a market research and different indicators. "THE CHALLENGE OF THE GROUP": It is essential to form a group that contributes to the development of this idea. This will be gotten throught delegation and different functions in the group. Finally, we create prototypes and receive capacitations in any needded field as well as give essential contacts to start your enterprise.
