Joanna Lopez Turner

Joanna Lopez Turner is the epítome of integrity and hard work. She puts forth great energy, determination and creative services in every detail of your real estate transaction. Joanna is a lifelong resident of the Solano County area and started her sales habit at the age of 20, working as a Home Mortgage Consultant. Joanna not only brings passion to the table, but also an extremely impressive resume with a combination of ten plus years in the non-profit sector, seven years in real estate, and six years in Entertainment marketing. Her experience in these fields, not only brings the great experience of working with Non Profits, but also intelligence for organizing and executing all aspects of the real estate industry in representing both sellers and buyers. Joanna is affable, gregarious, humble and well rounded.

In addition to Residential Real Estate Sales, Joanna’s other passions include working with those less fortunate. She currently helps non-profit organization's raise money by organizing charitable events. Joanna has worked with several organizations throughout California and has started an organization of her own appropriately named A Cut Above The Rest (ACATR). ACATR will be fully launched and ready to go in March 2015. ACATR is dedicated to uplifting and empowering individuals in need within the United States, by leading and inviting them to partake in events that feature sponsorships from major league athletes as well as major corporations.

As a devoted woman of God and a married mother of three, Joanna also knows what it means to have to fight for every opportunity while balancing her family life. From humble beginnings and a life filled with adversity, she has learned to empower not just herself, but all those around her.
