He served on both the State Housing Finance Authority board and a local Development Corporation board. Joseph spent 5 years writing for a regional housing magazine dedicated to simplifying the process for first time home buyers. Joseph won Hartford Business Journals' Forty Under 40 Award in part for his work with residential home owners, buyers, and builders.
