That's why I love seeing the faces of key decision-makers, when I calculate how much they can achieve when I show them how to use diversity as a tool for commercial growth, social impact and personal achievement.

But my passion for bring people together through business, also extends to my work in providing start up finance for talented, ambitious entrepreneurs and giving back to young people!
