Hello!
I'm Joel, a software engineer from Fortaleza, Brazil. I work as mentor at Thinkful, a New York-based bootcamp, where I can teach and learn web development with students and junior developers.
Webdev is my hobby since 2002 and my profession since 2005. I've worked both as front-end and back-end dev in the past, so today I feel quite comfortable as a full-stack. My main languages are Bash, Elixir, JavaScript, PHP, and Ruby, and I'm always exploring new ones.
I often write articles on my blog or random stuff on my crazy notebook knowledge.
