I am a 1%er and proud of it. The male INFJ is only 1% of the U.S. population, so it's unlikely you've met anyone like me. (I know, "Unique and special, just like everyone else.") Scorpio is my sign and I embrace it without being enslaved to horoscopes. It's fun to consider. Raven is my Spirit Animal and the Trickster appeals to my sense of fun. A polymath (Greek: πολυμαθής, polymathēs, "having learned much")[1] is a person whose expertise spans a significant number of different subject areas. In less formal terms, a polymath (or polymathic person) may simply be someone who is very knowledgeable. Most ancient scientists were polymaths by today's standards. Also known as Jack of All Trades. For Graduation my dad got me a job. A construction job for a sewer and water company. One winter in Wisconsin doing that convinced me I didn't want that career. Over the last 30 years I've primarily been in High Tech Sales, targeting Big Business with new products and services. It's been great. It afforded me a good living and the chance to run my own business, Central House Technologies, in the California Gold Country for 14 of those years. Along the way I've also owned the (Haunted) Hotel Leger and tried to save the Chatterbox Cafe in Sutter Creek.. Both were treasured learning experiences, and if I talk about going into food service again you have permission to kick my butt until I change my mind. What I like to do (vs. do for work) is a broad set of categories. The highlights of the last decade are the two Wilderness Retreats with 22/7 Company and a backpacking/fly fishing Trip with my dog Darla (miss her every day) and Kirk Bachman of Sawtooth Mountain Guides. It started out as a fishing trip and turned out to be an off trail adventure non pareil. Games figure prominently and at any time I'll break out Backgammon, Dominos, Parcheesi, a deck of cards or any board game. I'm the youngest of my siblings, so am highly competitive. For the rest, you'll just have to learn for yourself...
