Joe Titone, an attorney with over 30 years of legal experience, represents clients in personal injury and criminal/civil cases. He serves as the managing partner at his full service law firm. Furthermore, he is a member in good standing of the Broward County Bar Association, and has been certified by the Supreme Court of the State of Florida as a circuit court mediator. Over the course of his career, Joe Titone has represented individuals, small businesses, and large corporations.

Holding a bachelor’s degree in business from Pace University, Mr. Titone attended Brooklyn Law School. He ultimately graduated with a juris doctor in 1973. Afterwards, he served as an assistant district attorney for the Grand Jury and Homicide Division in Bronx County, New York. Having worked in criminal law for three years, he subsequently moved to Fort Lauderdale and served as a public defender for one year.

Mr. Titone went on to become the representative for Northwest Broward County in the Florida State House of Representatives. He served several terms in office. During that period, he was heavily involved in the restructuring of Florida’s judicial candidacy laws, served on the Residential Planned Development Commission, and was the vice-chair of the House Judiciary Committee.
