Joey Lightfingaz being the son of a multi talented musician, by age 19 Joey joined forces with partner and friend, Mark (Chop diesal) Curry to form The Dream Team, and has since blessed some of the highest rated mainstream artist of the past and present such as: Jay Z, 50 Cent, LL Cool J, Run DMC, Diddy, Loon, Nas, Tony Yayo, Cory guns, Ray J, Maino, Red Cafe, Baby (of the cash money millionaires), Naughty By Nature, Az, Foxy Brown, Ali Vegas, D.J. Kay Slay, Fat Joe, Joe Budden, K-ci, Dru Hill, Dave Hollister, Joe, Amerie, India Arie, Supa Cat, Jhene Aiko, Kisha Cole and Stephanie mills. During the Super Bowl XXXVII of 2003 Dr. Pepper launched its "Be You" Campaign through a commercial featuring LL Cool j and Run DMC and The Dream Teams signature production. they’ve been recognized in publications XXL Magazines "Production Credit" colomn in 2003, Also in the television world as judges on BET’s 106 & Park "freestyle Friday" in 2005.
