Hi there, I’m John.

Are you sick of fluffy workshops that are all talk and theory but lack in impact and outcome? Me too!

I’m a workshop designer and facilitator living in Melbourne, Australia. I help groups to collaborate to achieve weeks or months of work in days. I'm also passionate about sharing my own knowledge about how to design and facilitate collaborative work sessions.

I have a regular gig with public sector collaboration and innovation specialists, Collabforge. My clients here have included City of Melbourne, RMIT University, Public Transport Victoria, VicHealth, the Department of Employment and the Office of Environment & Heritage (NSW).

Prior to this I was with ANZ for over a decade. I'm an engineer by training.

I am a fan of design, innovation, and collaboration. I’m also interested in food, coffee and aviation.
