I have a background of working in both Architecture and the IT industry. This gives a wealth of knowledge that I can pass on to clients and use to maximise their service.
Working with Architects and engineers across the UK also gives a great insight into the challenges faced by companies today and how technology can be used to improve productivity. I aim to expand on these skills to help Archetype Services become a key part of our clients business development strategy.

Director - Archetype Services

As one of the Directors of Archetype Services I am involved in the various aspects of the sales, installation, training and support of Office 365, Archetype Software and the Microsoft Windows environment.
One of the main aspects is assisting in the implementation of the software to new sites. This is key to ensuring our new clients have a smooth transition and get maximum benefits of using the software.
Since being involved with Archetype Software from its infancy this gives me a great depth of knowledge of its many functions. As the main software trainer with Archetype Services this becomes as a huge benefit in dealing with the advanced user queries.

Consultant - John R Burrow Consultants - 2002 – 2010
Providing support services to the Architectural Industry including 3D Visualisations, IT and Software Support.
Working for my main client 'Archetype Distribution' my job role included installing, supporting and training users on Archetype Software and its implementation.

Highlights include the software launch seminars in the UAE and Australia and training and supporting software dealers in the UK, Eire, UAE and Australia

Producing CAD Drawings, 3D Visualisations, Company presentation information.
Working within a project team and also on my own on both small and large scale projects in various areas (Housing, Commercial, Ecclesiastical, Private Housing).
