John Gerdes

I am a firm believer that following Christ should permeate every area of our lives. To be the same person at home, at work, at church, with family, with friends, with acquaintances, with business associates.

In an attempt to live out this belief I make it my goal to surround myself with people who are not afraid to think outside the box of American cultural Christianity. I want to examine everything while holding firmly to the Truth. Why do we think the way we think? Why do we do what we do? Strip everything down to Christ alone and build upon that with Scripture as our guide.

I am a technology fan. I like to consider myself an expert in a few areas, an enthusiast in a few others, and an admirer in most. I'm intrigued by how we can use technology to empower people in their work and in their personal lives. I also love to see technology used to reach people with the Gospel who otherwise may be difficult or impossible to reach.
