As owner and President of vacation home rental and ownership destination Reef Rentals, LLC, at the Ocean Reef Club in Key Largo, Florida, John Grunow handles a host of duties. There, Grunow and his staff strive to put vacationers’ minds at ease by offering a wide array of services to aid in the upkeep of their getaways. In addition to caring for peoples’ vacation homes, John Grunow rents and sells numerous properties at Ocean Reef in Angelfish Cay, Creek House, Fairway Lakes, and Fisherman’s Cove.

John Grunow ensures that Ocean Reef owners and renters alike receive top-quality customer service, including limo availability, airport pickup and delivery, boat charters, in-room massage and salon services, catering, and grocery setup. In addition, John Grunow ensures owners know that vacation rentals come with an optional insurance policy covering issues such as illness or injury, weather, and more; this peace-of-mind is available to the guests at only seven percent of the room reservation cost. Affordable damage insurance policies can also be purchased, which cover registered guests in the event of accidental damage to the rental property.

John Grunow notes that many activities and attractions draw renters and buyers to the Key Largo area. The Ocean Reef Cooking School pairs master chefs with teachers, rising chefs, and authors to present three-hour entertaining and informative classes featuring great wines, delicious food, and printed recipes. John Grunow’s establishment also proudly offers the Reef Club Kids program for those between the ages of 4 and 10, and a Rec Room in which the teens can gather to play electronic games and socialize with friends. A beautiful marina housing 175 boats serves members and guests who arrive via water, and lounges and restaurants abound. Each guest will be happy with the food at Ocean Reef: In The Ocean Room, breakfast comes hot off the griddle, and each Saturday night a Grand Seafood Buffet is served. The members-only venues, called The Point and The Clubhouse, serve cocktails, snacks, and full meals.
