John Infantino of Washington, D.C., commands expertise in government, commercial, and hospitality property development, as well as in such related operations as asset and real estate management, site planning, and architectural design. A multifaceted professional, he also has extensive experience in international government relations, global investment and business development. He has conducted asset management and consulting throughout most continents with a specialty focus on emerging and high growth markets. He also has advised on various technology ventures such as the mobile and cyber-security sectors. John Infantino’s achievements to date include working with more than 30 governments and structuring challenging projects in such emerging markets as Eastern Europe and Southeast Asia. Among these transactions was the establishment of a partnership with Bulgaria’s largest fuel and petroleum products distributor and with one of Asia's leading public development agencies.

For decades, John Infantino has operated as executive head of a real estate development consortium, with family history incorporating over 20 completed development projects. He has also overseen large U.S.-based property portfolios consisting of more than 230 buildings, and he has coordinated master planning and development of some 100,000 acres of real estate worldwide. Mr. Infantino has been a speaker at private and government conferences on real estate development, international investment and emerging markets.
