I am the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for the Starr Companies in New York, NY.  I lead our security program accross 14 US and 23 international locations.  Starr employs over 2,200 people in insurance specality lines and investment operations.   

Previously, I've led multiple information technology teams at a 420 bed regional medical center, was the Director of IT Infrastructure at C.V. Starr & Co, and developed web applications for the US & UK aviation insurance markets.   

Outside of work I'm very involved with Rotary International.  For 2011-2012 I'm the District 7750's Rotaract Committee Chairman and 2013 President Elect for Emerald City Rotary Club.

I'm married to Dr. Ashley Harte and have a very new little girl Eva Rose.
