John Minye

A board-certified dentist with 18 years of experience in private practice, Dr. John Minye offers personalized dental care from his office in Santa Rosa, California. Giving one-on-one attention to each patient at his facility, Dr. Minye performs numerous procedures on a daily basis, including basic evaluations and treatments, crowns, fillings, veneers, implants, and custom mouthguards. Recognizing the dangers of heavy metals and toxins in dentistry, Dr. Minye utilizes crowns and fillings designed without the use of mercury or metal. Dr. Minye also advises patients on viable methods for heavy metal detoxification, which can be necessary as heavy metals accumulate over time. Established in 1998, the private practice of Dr. John Minye sits next to the Flamingo Hotel off of Highway 12. Prior to starting his own private practice, Dr. John Minye served several facilities as an Associate Dentist, including practices located in Oakland, Santa Rosa, and Albany. Dr. John Minye obtained certification from the National Dental Board and received his license from the California Dental Board in 1992. The same year, he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry at the University of the Pacific in San Francisco. Aside from his work as a dentist, Dr. John Minye stays involved with several charitable organizations. Locally, he supports the San Francisco AIDS Foundation and has served as the Treasurer for the Redwood Empire Chapter of the American Guild of Organists. Additionally, Dr. Minye gives to The Smile Train, a nonprofit organization bringing cleft lip surgery to children in third-world countries. Dr. John Minye takes part in numerous athletic activities during his spare time, such as biking, skiing, and scuba diving.
